Rebels Of The Neon God 1992

Ah Tze (Aaron Chen) and Ah Bing (Jen Chang-bin) cruise the Taipei streets on mopeds, engaging in petty theft and wasting time with roller rink girl Ah Kuei (Michelle Wang). After seeing the kids vandalise his father's taxi, alienated loner Hsiao Kang (Lee Kang-sheng) drops out of school and follows them, perhaps attracted to Ah Tze or perhaps seeking revenge.
